London Catering & Hygiene Solutions offers courier delivery by TNT for online orders across the United Kingdom that don't fall within our delivery area. This is a fast, secure and efficient way to receive your order. POA for courier deliveries.
Delivery Options for Existing Customers
Existing customers using our new website will have access to their current delivery options. Select the method you would like to use when you check out and our friendly sales team will take it from there.
Delivery is still free of charge for all orders over £75 ex. VAT for customers within our delivery area. For any non-stock items you require, please allow at least 10 working days for delivery, to confirm any lead times please contact our customer service team who will be happy to advise you.
If you wish to return an item, please call our customer service team on 020 8947 8758 for a returns authorisation number and details on how to return the goods.
A handling fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods may be applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund bespoke printed products or clearance items.
If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.
