10. Returning Goods Ordered Online

If you wish to return an item, please call our customer service team on 01202 684111 for a returns authorisation number and details on how to return the goods.

 

A handling fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods may be applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund bespoke printed products or clearance items.

 

If an item is delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please let us know immediately.

 

 

11. Delivery Charges

Orders will only be dispatched once all items are in stock.

 

Additional delivery charges may be required for exceptional items and order quantities. We will contact you to advise of any additional costs and to take payment before dispatching your order.

 

Please note that in some cases products might need to be transported on a pallet for safety. For example, where there is a substantial amount of glassware or if items are very bulky and risk being damaged. Where this is the case, we will advise you by phone of the additional cost.

 

Standard delivery of heavy catering equipment is via a 3rd party courier service made by one-person, to the ground floor entrance to the building (kerbside only). Please make sure you have support on hand to help receive this delivery. The service does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises as well as ensuring that the courier has sufficient access to complete the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit or if the courier is unable to deliver due to access. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and may incur an additional cost. Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, or assembling items. Please note also that some suppliers of larger appliance products will charge a restocking fee if a product is returned and we will recharge this to the customer. All goods must be inspected on delivery and any damage must be reported immediately to London CHS.

 

12. Online Pricing

Prices are correct at the time of going to print, all information is subject to change without notice. Our product details, including product names, descriptions, specifications and images of serving suggestions, are not intended to constitute the full legal description of the products, and do not necessarily include all information

 

13. Clearance Items

All clearance items are non returnable, clearance pricing is only available on limited stock. All pricing is subject to change without notice
